"What a hotel. The views are amazing, the staff is great. And if you are skiing you are in the middle of all the action."

"Mountain view was okay. Rooms cleanliness was not that great plus heat was on 24/7 in the room. Try to turn off the heat but it was not working."

"The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel."

It's the perfect balance of peace, quiet and convenient while being a quick shuttle away from all the action and shopping of the Village. It's quiet! No cars, no traffic, no sirens, no music. Right off the ski hill - literally ski to the out to the Blackcomb Gondola and ski in off the Merlin run! Free Shuttle to the village right outside the door! (5-10 mins ride. Comes every 15 minutes) 2 hot tubs, awesome pool. "
