"The best Gym I found in an hotel (even a/c didn't work) . The room was enormous, clean and quiet. The Road for getting there Is in bad conditions, as the standard of the Island, excerpt main roads. Breakfast Is simple but good enaugh. Staff very helpful, a nearby beach Is very "authentic" with few europeans. Good experience. "

"The lodge is good with a nice view to the ocean and the staff are great. We did not enjoy the lodge food and it's expensive for the quality we tasted. There aren't any nearby dinning places near the lodge and not is the place convenient for transportation to go to other places "

"The rooms were impeccable, beautiful. The grounds were immaculately maintained. The staff and overall customer service was top notch, among the best we've ever encountered. The food was outstanding....much better than cruise ship food. We couldn't have been more impressed."

"Stayed here with wife and 2 kids in August 2025. Fantastic property in the middle of the action in Stone Town. Staff was attentive to every little detail, great rooftop restaurant: breakfast was delicious, the sunset was stunning and great supper menu. definitely recommend this hotel"
