"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Coimbra. The accommodation is very large and is well-located with easy access to the city centre by car, transit or a little longer walk. Suite is well appointed and the check in and check out process were hassle free. The host, Ricardo, provided good information for our stay and made special provision when we arrived at a little different time than we expected. Highly recommend!"

"I think communication with the host was actually a chatbot. I was encouraged to ask about early check-in and when I did the response was always the same, "ask closer to check-in time". There was music that was clear and loud piped into the room. This surprised the "host" who asked me to check for a source. It wasn't the street music and the host was surprised that it would come form the restaurant. Said would support me but I don't know what that means because clearly they did nothing to find...
