"I made this reservation at the last minute so there were too many options. I got a smaller room in the 12 floor, which is where the ball rooms are located. In the beginning I was worried that it would be noisy, but the hotel has created a private area with key access where the rooms are located, so it was the same nice experience as in previous stays. Hotel Dann Carlton in Bucaramanga is my favorite in the city. Located in a very nice and safe area within walking distance from parks, shops, and restaurants. The entire staff is wonderful, knowledgable, professional and friendly, from the front desk, to the room service, restaurants, concierge and everything in between, every interaction with the staff in the hotel will put a smile in your face and brighten your day!"

"Best hotel I've stayed at in Bucaramanga. Only one with a bidet attachment to the toilet I've seen. The views of Floridablanca are great. The pool isn't as big as other hotels, but it is nice."
