The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!!

The front of the property was renovated a few years ago and looks inviting..the front restaurant and coffee/bar as well .Once you go past the registration desk the hotel is very dated. staff nice and fairly clean but no ocean view folks and we asked to be playa side...

I have been staying here for a week so far, and have extended my stay. I was here through the fires and chaos that occurred in Puerto Vallarta and felt very safe here with the guests and hotel staff. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable and the housekeeper is lovely and comes daily. The breakfast here is wonderful, and sometimes has live music. The servers are so very friendly and kind, as are the front desk staff. The greenery around the patios and pool is very beautiful 😍 I wish I could stay much longer.

First off the staff was amazing. Friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was always good. We stayed in the master suite up top and it was good, could use a little bit of updating, nothing too fancy. Wife struggled with the bed, if you like a really firm bed this is for you otherwise it takes a bit to adjust to it or it could impact your sleep. Hotel did have 3 separate occasions where there was no water. Usually 4h or so to fix. Had to get water from the pool to flush the toilet. Other than a few things great place and location to the beach(3 min walk). Some rooms updated but found out they are selling the place, could be the reason why there’s some issues and updates have stopped. Restaurant out front is convenient and lots of restaurants just steps away

The staff was good. It’s an older hotel which we knew but the pictures used for the advertising were older pictures, the rooms didn’t look like them. Some others had no door on the bathroom, small rusted fridges and the water situation in Bucerias is bad. We ran out of water 4 times, having to get a bucket of water from the pool to flush the toilets.

I booked a mini studio- the room description didn’t match with the room I was assigned. There was no sitting area, bathroom had no door. There was no privacy, which made it very uncomfortable. I complained at the reception as soon as I checked in, the front desk agent promised me that they would have a resolution for me, 4 hrs later I’m still waiting for manager to contact me.

Clean. Tv didn’t work. Noisy music performing very close. Old refrigerator, stovetop and little microwave but not a single glass, plate or fork to use the kitchenette. No shower curtain so water on the floor. Reception didn’t speak English but were very nice. It is fine for our one night stay. The pool looked inviting with available chaise lounges. Convenient to restaurants, etc. Good price.

Poor plumbing - broken kitchen faucet spout would fall off, leaking toilets, no key for safe, housekeeping didn’t have a spare key so had to be there for them to clean our room, air dried in the sun (visible on balcony) crusty bath towels, pool towels not cleaned between uses (saw the housekeeper take a used towel from a lounger, walk away, fold it and return it as a rolled towel appearing to have gotten new pool towels). Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Pool not heated and doesn’t get much sun at all.

The staff was great and helpful. The foyer and pool are very nice but the rooms are very dated. The wifi only reached my balcony so really no service or signal. The towels were rougher than sandpaper and shouldn't be used even for cleaning. I don't think I would let my Mother stay there so that's a benchmark on whether or not I would return.
