Enjoy your vacation in this fully-equipped apartment at LIFE Bucerías. You’ll be staying in the heart of this quaint town’s Golden Zone.

The building is steps from a beautiful beach and close to great restaurants such as Karen’s, La Negra, and Sandrinas. Explore local galleries on the Thursday night art walk (November – April).

Unit #223 is located on the quieter, north-facing side of the building. It includes free parking in LIFE’s underground parking lot (space #223).

The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large closet, blackout shades, and a full bathroom with a rain shower.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric range, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle. It includes all the basics for cooking and eating meals, such as glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc. The kitchen tap water is filtered.

The living room has a comfortable, easy-to-unfold sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a second full bathroom.

High-speed Internet makes it easy to work from paradise.

Go for a swim in the infinity-edge, saltwater pool on the first floor. This common area also includes a jacuzzi, gym, and lounge as well as bathrooms with a shower.

The on-site Concierge team will be available during your stay at the Bay Property & Rentals office open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and also by phone.

The atmosphere surrounding LIFE Bucerías reflects the local scene: a relaxed and friendly beach paradise perfect to experience the magic of the colorful streets, the traditional casitas, the famous Art Walk, local craft markets, and numerous 5-star restaurants. Bucerías is a small fishing town just half an hour north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. The Golden Zone is a picturesque area that is easy to explore walking and on a bicycle, perfect for admiring the colors, flavors, and all the charm of Bucerías.

LIFE Bucerias is near "Riviera Nayarit" Boulevard, where you can catch public transportation during the day, and Taxi and Uber services are available 24/7.

Well equipped

We were very happy with our unit. It was very well equipped especially in the kitchen. The location was great and the heated pool was great. The gym could use some air con or fans but was also well equipped. We will be back!

Fantastic location. Room was great. Having the water delivered was greatly appreciated. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Needs a hairdryer and a ceramic water dispenser. Would absolutely book this room again.

Close to the Beach in Golden Zone

New building that was clean with onsite security. The location is one block to the beach and close to many excellent restaurants. The unit faces away from the busy front street, so noise was never a problem. Definitely coming back!
