"Bed was not made completely with fitted sheets rolling up over mattress in the room assigned, pillows questionable, and some crumbs on the floor. They gave us a new room. The new room was ok, but obviously not cleaned thoroughly as there was still food in the cupboard from prior guests . At 830 am breakfast was out of oatmeal, eggs, sausage and we got the last yogurt. Juice dispenser not working, water dispenser not working, and out of napkins. We have stayed here several times in the past but the facility needs a refresh and a better staffing plan. Drew was doing his best at the front, but clearly didn't have the support needed. Will look at other hotels next time"
