"We were in the area for a Spartan Race. The location was a good proximity to our race site. It was very clean, great communication with the host, we did not need any help with anything, but if we did, they were easy to get in touch with. I was told by our group, we will be staying there again."

"We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival."

It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. "Cute house with lots of modern amenities and very cool decor. Be sure to go to the end of the street to catch the sunset over the lake. Step outside at night and enjoy lots of stars. Very quiet neighborhood. There was a mix up with the cleaning crew so the house was not clean when we arrived. Once they were done it was great. There is a large window in the back that does not have blinds which takes away from your privacy. If you have pets there is a cute set up for them but the backyard is not...

"We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house was well stocked with everything needed, switches and cabinets were nicely labeled, and coffee was provided which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and kindly accommodated my late checkout request. The home is at the back of a cove, great for sticking our feet in, but the park with open swimming was only 5 minues away. Lots of deer, and it was fun to watch them play. Our family had a nice time."
