The staff there is exceptional and goes way above and beyond their job duties to make sure the guests have a very enjoyable stay free of stress and problems. They made me feel like a close friend for whom they have known for many years! I highly recommend this hotel for the location, the decor, the food served within, the grounds (especially the patio area), and of coarse, the amazing staff. "

"We stayed two nights with my kids and had a great experience. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk from the Lipscani old town area—very convenient for exploring Bucharest. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with plenty of food and drink options for everyone. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. When my daughter accidentally reset the safe-box code and locked it, I called the front desk and within 5 minutes, someone from IT came and fixed it quickly. Great service and overall a pleasant stay—would definitely recommend!"

"Superb services and staff. Great restaurants on site with the exception of la cucina, the Italian one which did not have items on the menu that we wanted and offered us a reheated other than what we had ordered item. Very bad experince. Olea and the steakhouse were excellent though. J. W. Marriot is a gem!"
