Good sleep
Dated room, sort of mid 1990s feel, but clean and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom, breakfast was acceptable. The front desk clerk in the morning was somewhat clueless...very frustrating to talk to him because he would just stop and stare off into the distance. Took about 15 minutes to check out and we were the only clients there.

Average hotel for big price
The hotel seems to be old and worn-out with many facilities not operating. The restaurant was closed, the lounge was dark and abandoned and the fitness center was not operational. The furniture in the room was disappointing - old and seemingly not cleaned for a while (see a picture of the sofa). The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The street next to the hotel is pretty noisy, with trams and emergency vehicles waking you up at night all the time. Breakfast was disappointing as well. During the first morning we came about an hour after the breakfast started, and ended up with scrambled eggs only, since all bacon was apparently taken by others and no refills were forthcoming. We had to come really early the next morning to get a taste of bacon. In general, breakfast was not what you would typically expect after paying 140 euro per night (family room for 3). Speaking of the positive aspects, the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The selection of shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, etc. in the bathroom was impressive. The TV was huge and new. The location is not bad either - the old town is within 20 min walk.

The property was very clean and everyone was friendly the location was our Preferences and we liked everything about the property. The size of the room was nice and the beds were good. Keep up the good work. If we ever need to come to Bucharest we’ll definitely stay there.

Hmmm
The air conditioner was not operational. It would have been nice to have the air conditioner working because opening the window was not enough. Although room service was supposed to end at 1am, they were not present when I called around 11pm.
