I was really impressed by the quality of service as well as the overall experience, including dining, easy parking, safety, quietness, convenience, just to name a few. Food was great, too.

First our towels had rust spots on them. restaurant on main floor was closed and the Bar & Restaurant on 21st floor had very expensive prices. We had to go out in the rain to find another restaurant to have dinner. Swimming pool closed at 9.00pm and at 8.30 we were told not to enter bc closing time is soon. Very low on the grade...I would suggest to be coted as 3.

Good location and was generally ok. Shower leaked over the bathroom floor so was like a swamp in there. The hotel also had an outside disco on that played loud music, not ideal if you have to wake up early the next day for a trip...
