"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "From what I gather, the owner, his wife, children, and dog live at the bed and breakfast. We absolutely loved our stay there and are planning to recommend it to everyone we know. If you are a skier, the bed and breakfast is within walking distance of a ski lodge. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner and his family are extremely friendly and helpful. "We were 4 adults and stayed for a week. The staff were very helpful and quite conversable in English. The rooms were clean every day. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast. It is very easy to reach by train only about 7 minutes walk and also it is very close to the centre about 5 mins walk to Marktplatz. Very well served in all aspects"
