Studio in Buchholz am Müritzsee

The small, tranquil village of Buchholz is idyllically located on Lake Müritz, an extension of the Müritz, and is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Bordered by meadows, fields and forests and lots of water, Buchholz belongs to the Röbel/Müritz district and forms a geographical border with Brandenburg. Buchholz itself is a small community that has its charm in its peace and natural surroundings. Originally, livelihoods in Buchholz were made through agriculture, but this has changed significantly in recent years. It's not just locals who like the natural surroundings and the proximity to Lake Müritz and thus to the Mecklenburg Lake District. And so many tourist offerings were opened up and developed. Holiday apartments (FeWo) were built for overnight stays on the Müritz and old houses were lovingly restored. A large, modern marina with boat rental, harbor master, restaurant and boat moorings was built directly on Lake Müritz.
