I didn't see the staff, you have to follow instructions but it's pretty easy. The room was modern and updated. It was great!

Great stay. Staff attentive. Wish they had a spa to complete the overall experience.

The walls had faded frescoes throughout building. Excellent staff as noted earlier. Ricardo so excellent and patient to every visitor. Bedding excellent with modern bathroom

I couldn't have been more pleased with this lovely room, located on the main artery of Sienna just steps from the Piazza del Campo! Perfectly clean, modern, friendly staff... a delightful stay in an amazing city. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful bed and breakfast in the heart of Siena, Italy, and we cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we arrived, the family running the place greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel like we were part of their own family. One of the things that stood out to us the most was their genuine willingness to share their local knowledge. They went above and beyond by...

Perfect place for couple exploring Siena. Host was awesome.

The check in experience was great. The reception staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The only thing that could be better is the shower space. Not much space to take a shower comfortably.

If you love nature, that's the perfect place to enjoy and relax. The property has all the amenities for families with kids: - space inside and outside - pool (opened during the summer season) - Kitchen - TV - air condition and heating system working properly and even together if needed. This always keeps the temperature you want. The property owner is flexible during the check-in time, very friendly and wants to guarantee you have the best experience staying in his Villa. The welcome bottle of...

Le Aquile is so central to Il Campo and right in the heart of Siena but the rooms are really quiet and tranquil. The building is beautiful and historic and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Ada and Massimo couldn’t have been more helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions. We ended up extending our 3 days to 5 days. Extremely reasonably priced given the location. Highly recommend staying at Le Aquile. Only slight word of warning is that...

Staff and Host were outstanding. Everything is too close of the property

Staff were so lovely and helpful! The location was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. I loved everything about my stay!

A very nice room close to the old town in Arezzo. We really enjoyed the nice atmosphere and warm hospitality at Santo Spiritio.

This was our second time staying here-- so charming and AMAZING breakfast❤️❤️❤️

Great , big room , recently renovated facilities (bathroom, shower). Very peaceful place to stay. Nice view inner courtyard convent. Comfy bed. Very clean. Very quiet. Great location, closer to restaurants and museums, churches. Staff very pleasant and helpful with advices. Breakfast provided was good. Good coffee and juice, yogurt.

We loved our stay @ Hotel I Merli di Ada! We made a late change to our itinerary and booked this hotel. The staff was great, the room was great and the top floor Happy Hour view is incredible! I'd recommend the room w the extra sitting room bc it was a great staging area for luggage etc. Great location close to the Piazza and the heart of town. Shower/bathroom a little tight for someone 6'3" but not a complaint, just an FYI. Water bottles at front desk after hours were a nice touch.
