"Its a nice place but it is on top of a hill with a really small road to it...almost no place to pass another car. When we arrived the host thought we would arrive the day after, so we had to wait for another hour for the key. The house was fine, big enough, nice bedrooms and living room and kitchen is fine. The pool is great! The winery is super and really tastefull! We had a nice vacation."

We had this as home base for 10 days… a local chef named Serena is available to hire if you book early enough. She prepared three amazing dinners for us! the courtyard in back with the vista of Tuscany was amazing. Miles and miles of vineyards, estates, beautiful gardens. "This is a lovely property. Plenty of room. Well equipped with everything you need. The courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast in the morning and wine in the evening. The flowers planted in the courtyard are beautiful. Please be aware that you must be able to walk up steep hills to get to this property. Of course, pretty much anywhere you go in Cortona is a hill."

"Fabio and Loretta were incredible guests and went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home. Their space has a lot of room and can definitely make an extended stay of it. The yard and amenities were fantastic and the location is great for day trips to wine country in Tuscany. I actually wish we had more time in the nearby city center of Arezzo because it was great.
