The owner, Jois, was there to greet us when we arrived to give us a tour of the Villa, explain where things were, how they worked, and answered all of our questions. He gave us his cell phone number to contact him with any issues. He made suggestions of what to do in the area, and made reservations for us at local vineyards and restaurants.
