"This house was perfect for our large group! The space was clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We loved that the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and utensils, and the bathrooms were well-supplied. Groveland is a charming town, and the house is conveniently located for exploring Yosemite. While we missed having access to Pine Mountain Lake, we found another nearby lake to rent boats for a fun day on the water. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!"

"Everything we needed was there. Literally 3 different sitting tv rooms/spaces. Nice hig table. Cell plug ins everwhere. It was hot but there was air-conditioning in every room. We didn't make it down to the fire pit but we are committed to return so we can. Owner were awesome answering every question asapcheck out was easy"

"Nice home about an hour from the west entrance to Yosemite (make sure you have reservations to enter the park). One lone deer visited every morning. Not many dining options, but the pizza place has very good wings for a decent price. The local grocery store was well stocked. The cabin itself was nice. "We rented this house for a month in July and August, and throughly enjoyed the stay. The house was well appointed and had many of the amenities we needed to prepare meals and live comfortably. At one point we housed nine adults adequately. It was equally enjoyable when there were only two of us. "The check-in process was the easiest I’ve ever had and the owner was most responsive and kind. The home is a very comfortable family place. My kids loved having the downstairs to themselves where they had their own TV and comfy couch. The beds were very comfortable, but my only comment would be to have extra blankets if you’re someone who sleeps very cold.
