"The location is a quiet, almost rural area in a cul-de-sac that was perfect for my grandkids to ride their bikes in. They also enjoyed the tree swing on the property.The host was SO accommodating! We needed a place to host about 25-30 people and didn't have a table and chairs. She let us use hers and saved our event! Communication was quick and accurate.My only complaint is that the kitchen is understocked for those who love cooking during their stay. But we are also kind of picky about things like using good knives. When we ran out of kitchen towels, she was quick to supply extra, too.Overall, it was a great place to hang out and only about 1 mile from my grands! Perfect, and a good price."

We sent several emails to determine the address of where we were staying and received no communication or phone number offered for us to call and discuss the accommodations in the final 24 hours prior to check in. We were visiting from another state in difficult circumstances and were very upset by the lack of communication. We were trying to ascertain the complex we had rented not the unit number. We simply need to be sure we had access and were near our required location due to family health circumstances. "
