"I stayed during the weekend of the 2024 Final Four. The Hotel is perfectly located for a brisk walk to State Farm Stadium. My stay was so fantastic that I have to give it a 5-star rating. However, I must point out that food service was unavailable on Saturday night of Final Four weekend. There are countless eateries in the area around the Hotel but they were swamped due to Final Four visitors. Kudos to the Hotel staff. They were candid, forthcoming and pleasant in apprising me of the situation. Other than that matter, the food service was superb in every respect, particularly the breakfast buffet. I plan to stay at the Renaissance upon my next return to Phoenix. "

"Very nice place to stay! BEAUTIFUL view of pond. The outside covered patio by pool is amazing!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the free breakfast each morning and really loved the 2 room suite!!! I would definitely stay at this location. Next time I’m in town! Please THANK THE STAFF for all their wonderful help. Keep up the good work."
