"Staff was amazing and room was clean."

"Room was very clean, microwave, and small fridge were spotless. The staff went over and above, I'm handicapped and use a power wheelchair, when I left we had a lot of snow the night before I left, there was ice and then snow, the maintenance crew brought my vehicle under the carport at the main entrance so I could safely load my chair on the lift and get in my vehicle. It's where I'll stay from now on for my visits to Cleveland Clinic Avon."
