"Hotel was lovely. Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Location was perfect. Was able to park the car and walk everywhere. Being able to use the pool was great but I would suggest they had a swimming lane. We went after 8am due to having children but we all wanted to swim lengths. By 8.10 the pool was full of families with children with no respect for swimmers which was disappointing. Overall a lovely night away and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Room was clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful, we couldn’t find the underground carpark, but sainsburys was close and no problem there. Really nice touch having a fridge in the room. The only thing missing for me was ice. It was available in the bar which was open til half 9, but we got back late after a show at pavilions, and I have a huge addition to ice cubes! I got through it so it’s okay, it’s just a personal thing, there’s always tea and coffee, but I’m yet to find a hotel to accommodate the need for ice late at night! Although we didn’t eat, the food smelled great as we passed by and having looked through the menu, very reasonably priced too. Thank you all for a very comfortable stay xx"

"The hotel is in a great location next to the train station and only a short work in to town. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep. "

"The room was very clean and the location very quiet. We were travelling for an event and had to get up very early so missed out on the breakfast. The room was perfect for what we needed, the bed comfortable and we slept well. It was great value for money and we would stay here again."
