This motel was so charming! Absolutely spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, very nice sheets and bedding, delicious breakfast. My favorite motel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. I love this little inn. My room is clean and comfy and the place is a convenient walk to the downtown coffee shop, restaurants and WVWesleyan College.

Nice and cozy rooms, homey feel. Very quiet the whole night. It felt pretty secure despite the door being a little hard to open/close. It would be nice if they had blackout curtains to help keep some light out at night / extra privacy. The bed, blankets and pillows were very soft and comfortable. The shower was super strong and had great temperature too. Cold breakfast offered but they also had oatmeal and a toaster for bagels and muffins. Staff was very friendly and felt authentic. Very central location very walkable neighborhood. I would stay here again!

This inn is historic , and we loved the lavender color of the original inn. It was clean, quiet, and pleasant. It was somewhat dated, but a good value and the staff were super friendly. The included continental breakfast was also good. We will stay there again if in the area.

Local Inn Close to Shops and Restaurants

Our room was not ready when we arrived and the hotel lobby was not available to sit down and relax. We walked around the corner to the local coffee shop. Hotel staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Lovely, clean and convenient.

This place is adorable, convenient and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We loved how easy it was to walk to the coffee shop, antique shops and more. Plus the breakfast was included and the biscuits were HUGE! We have already rebooked. Thank you for a great visit!
