"The rooms were very clean and spacious , had a lovely balcony as it was winter I didn’t use it but great facility , there was some building works going on but it was the spa side so a distance from the rooms , the room was very clean and towels fresh every day ."

"This hotel is far from perfect. My room was a bit dingy and the heating didn't work. This would normally be a deal breaker for me but the staff was so nice and the place was oddly comfortable, so I liked it more than I should have. The breakfast was very good."
