The location was convenient for accessing the light rail, driving into the city center, & getting to & from the airport; grocery stores, etc were also nearby. The host was responsive to my inquiries ahead of check-in. The only downside was figuring out how to get to the parking & into the unit, though this may have been partly due to our arrival late...

"The space was clean and mostly as advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful. There should have been a picture of the entryway and the stairs within the unit. If I had known it didn't have windows within the unit and that there was only the street/former store front exit door and emergency exit door, I wouldn't have stayed."

"The condo was much nicer than expected, very modern, beautifully decorated and landscaped, clean, cozy, and well kept. I would give this 5 stars if the backyard was fenced in. It was a challenge to keep our dog contained in the small yard and the privacy from the tenants on either side was lacking. The backyard is also connected to a very busy street, so some safety concerns there without a fence for kids and pets.Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with the other tenants, but it didn't feel...

The neighborhood is one of the nicest in Tacoma--close to everything and easy access to I-5. The beautiful view of commencement bay is so soothing after a day of house hunting! And the kitchen has everything any cook good need. We feel lucky to have stayed there."
