"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. "We loved our stay at Charm Hotel. The staff were so helpful, the bar was great with some half price cocktails during happy hour and despite reading a review of the room being small, we didn’t find this a problem. The room was very warm, had a full length mirror which we haven’t found often in hotels and a comfortable bed ! The hotel is in a great location too. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "
