"I recently stayed at this property, and while the accommodation itself was decent, the overall experience was unnecessarily complicated due to the lack of in-person support.
The entire process is handled online, which might sound convenient in theory, but in practice it made everything far more difficult. Checking in was especially frustrating—there was no reception or staff on-site, and the instructions provided were not as clear or seamless as they should have been. What would normally be a quick and simple process turned into a stressful back-and-forth.
Communication with the host was also challenging. Since there’s no one physically available, any questions or issues require messaging and waiting for a response, which isn’t ideal when you need immediate assistance—especially after traveling.
To be fair, the place itself was clean and reasonably comfortable, so there’s no major complaint about the property itself. However, the fully remote, hands-off system made the stay feel impersonal and inconvenient. With a bit more support or at least clearer, more responsive communication, the experience could be significantly improved.
Overall, an okay stay in terms of the space, but the complicated access and lack of on-site assistance made it more stressful than it needed to be.
