"Great location for us to get around. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient especially when the toaster blew the fuses in our apartment. Enough space, modern and generally well equipped. I would suggest the following improvements (minor niggles) to make the stay better: A means to make coffee (a cafetière would be enough), a tea towel in the kitchen, a microwave, the frying pan was missing. A blind or curtain or shutter for the kitchen window as sleeping on the sofa bed meant I was woken up...

"Great place to stay with location and amenities. The only issues I found were the bed was stiff and springy and the trash can was quite small, other than that you can’t beat the location for this price it’s truly amazing and the host is so communicative, he did an amazing job"

"The check in was absolutely a nightmare. The company is suppose to send you an email, that does not get to your inbox (or SPAM box) apparently because a known issue to management. Then, once you get the various codes and try to decipher them, the main code to open the box with key inside does not work! I saw at least 3 other travelers (families, couples) struggling downstairs with the code/key. This experience in and of itself already makes the experience unpleasant. "
