Nice hotel in a good location for travel round City. Helpful reception and room was very nice with great amenities. Shame the street outside is noisy, but it was the night before CL final, so prob just because of that.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel’s location was excellent — within easy walking distance to public transport, plenty of restaurants and bars, and even the Danube River, which made exploring the city effortless. The property itself presented very well, with a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was a standout thanks to the variety and quality of the food; it was genuinely impressive. There were only two small areas for improvement: the carpet in the bedroom looked a bit tired, and the shower in the bathroom was leaking. Neither issue affected our stay significantly, but addressing them would elevate the experience even further. Overall, the hotel offered very good value for money, and we would happily stay again.

The hotel, staff, location, breakfast were all great. But we booked a Triple room and recon firmed on the request we needed Separate beds, but we had a double and single We put up with it as we were on a short stay and wanted to enjoy our time, but was not what we booked.

The hotel was really nice overall. The room was definitely on the smaller side, but we didn’t pay much attention to the room size when booking, so that’s partly on us. If you’re not planning to spend a ton of time in your room, the location is great and the hotel does exactly what you need it to do. The staff is what really makes this place stand out. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The young lady who checked us in was great and took the time to explain the hotel and give us the lay of the land. Every staff member we interacted with made us feel welcome. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. The shower setup was a little different from what we’re used to, and somehow we managed to get water everywhere, but that wasn’t a major issue. My only real complaint would be the fitness center. We work out regularly, so we were hoping for a little more. I wouldn’t really consider it a full gym. Some heavier dumbbells and a few more pieces of equipment would make a huge difference. They do have a sauna, though, which was definitely a nice bonus. Overall, I really don’t have many complaints. The hotel works, the location is great, and the staff makes the experience. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
