Hidden Gem

My family absolutely enjoyed staying at Cuty Home Budapest. The staff was friendly and helpful, whatever request or demand we had. The room we stayed at was spacious and bright, while the whole decor was modern and stylish, and apparently recently renovated. The location is fantastic, it is close to the inner city (St Stephen's Basilica and Opera are within walking distance) and plenty if public transport options (trams, metro stops). Heroes Square, City Park and Thermal Baths Spa are within easy reach too. This hotel will be our first choice when we come visit Budapest.

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff but WiFi in the room we stayed in not great. Maybe because we faced the garden and enclosed high walls!

The room was very hot considering it was October and we couldn't adjust the temperature. It was nice to have a kitchenette but no toaster. There was some liquid in the shower but unidentified so not sure if it was shampoo or soap. Walls are thin, we could hear people walking and slamming doors in other rooms. The road leading to the hotel seemed unsafe at night, the road is dark. Walkable to most public transportation. Bed was very comfortable and big, room very spacious, nice view of the courtyard.

Concern About Room Cleanliness

I’m reaching out regarding our recent four-night stay at your hotel. My girlfriend and I were really looking forward to our time there, but unfortunately, we ran into an issue that made our stay less enjoyable. When we arrived, we noticed the bed in our room was full of hairs, which was quite unsettling. It gave the impression that the linens hadn’t been properly cleaned, and it made it hard for us to feel comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. To be honest, this was especially frustrating because a similar situation happened at another hotel earlier on this trip, and it has made what should have been a relaxing vacation unnecessarily stressful. Sleep is such an important part of any trip, and it’s disappointing when something so basic gets in the way. We wanted to share this feedback so it can hopefully be addressed for future guests. Considering how this impacted our stay, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know if there’s anything that can be done to make up for the experience. Thank you for your time and understanding. L'albergo risulta in una posizione centralissima per visitare Budapest. Vicino a metro, supermercati e centri commerciali. I dipendenti sono stati molto gentili. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, lo stile del mobilio è un po' vetusto. All'interno delle camere troviamo tutto il necessario e per chi vuol vedere la televisione prende pure la Rai.

2019年7月下旬～8月上旬と2019年12月下旬～2020年1月上旬の2回利用。2019年7月下旬はツインの部屋、2019年12月下旬はダブルの部屋に宿泊。 水周りはほぼ問題なし。 2019年7月下旬に宿泊したエレベーター近くの部屋はWifiはほぼ問題無く使え、部屋に置かれたエアコンも問題なく作動しており、ハウスキーピングもほぼ問題なしだった。ミニバーを兼ねた冷蔵庫があるのだが、夏の非常に暑い時期で冷蔵庫に入れたいドリンクやらなんやらが多かったので「ミニバー利用はしないので中身を出して冷蔵庫を空にしてもらうことは可能か？」とレセプションに尋ねたところ「OK。交代要員が出勤したら部屋に冷蔵庫の中身を引き取りにスタッフが行く。」との返答を受けたが、結局誰も来ず。 2019年12月下旬に宿泊した部屋（エレベーターから遠い位置）はWifi電波が弱く、繋がらないことが多かった。宿泊中、1日だけハウスキーパーが来ず、清掃やタオル交換がなかった日があった。また、部屋の電話が壊れていたため、レセプションに伝えたところ「知っているんだがホリデーシーズンでIT guyが不在なので直せない・・。」との返答だった。 まあ、値段相応のサービス内容、という感じです。

WIFIが繋がりにくかった

1Ｆ（日本式だと2Ｆ）のエレベーターから最も離れた位置の部屋に宿泊。この部屋はWIFIが弱く、繋がらない時間帯が多かった。この部屋のデスクの下にWIFIのアクセスポイントらしき装置はあったのですが、この装置は死んでいました。以前宿泊したエレベーター近くの部屋は特に問題なくWIFIが使えたのですが。おそらく、エレベーター前の廊下にあったWIFIのアクセスポイントらしき装置だけが生きている状態なのかな？ 滞在中、1回だけハウスキーパーが来なかった日があり、リネン類だけ貰おうとしてレセプションに電話しようとしたら・・部屋の電話が壊れていました。直接レセプションに行きリネン類を頼み、部屋の電話が壊れていることを伝えたところ、「すでに連絡を受けているのだが、ホリデーシーズンでIT guy不在のため修理できていないんです。」との説明でした。 部屋の防音機能は貧弱なようで、今回は賑やかな隣人が多く、騒音が苦手な人だとキツいかな・・・という感じでした。 そんなことはありましたが、交通至便で、シャワーブースも水漏れがなく、便利なホテルだと思います。
