Courteous and knowledgeable staffers in the front desk. Rooms are clean and maintained daily. Very good selection of food, salads, bread pastries coffees and juices in the breakfast buffets that came with my 16 days stay in the hotel and great staff in the breakfast restaurant. Quiet surroundings. Easy to call for taxis. I’ll stay here again in the future.

Close to Hung Expo conference Center. Quiet at night. For a hotel that was a far distance from other restaurants I would expect their eating area to be open longer than 1030. The bar also had a limited menu

Hotel was very friendly. But capacity on breakwas was not sufficinet. I tried to come at 7AM and 7:30 AM but it was always full. Than I gave up as I had to leave. So I was without breakfast. But due to 2 big Chinese and Taiwanese groups.

Insufficient staff in the restaurant in the evening, limited menu, with a few items not available on one occasion. Mesh to room window damaged so insects were getting into the room when window was open. This was reported and fixed the same day. Safe didn’t work, had to get reception to come and reset it. Reasonable breakfast, rooms serviced each day, reasonable sized rooms. Fitness room is nice, but static bike did not work, which was reported.

Is far for eveeything, I don’t recomended. No public transport, taxi very expensive. Always the taxi robe you with the price. Don’t go to this hotel if you don’t have a car.

This Hotel is not a 4 star Hotel. The beds should have been replaced 10 years ago to avoid loose springs in the back when sleeping, it is dirty, there is no restaurant in the evening, the sky bar is closed. It seems that the hotel primarily is a hotel for foreign workers. We were 3 collegues travelling togetger, acessories in the bathroom was variating inbetween the rooms. All in all, poor quality and not the expected when booking a 4 star hotel.

The hotel and the room specifically looked really nice on the photos, however in real life they didn't hold out to a 4-star hotel at all. No protective cover under the sheet, the mattress was sinking, multiple stains of all sizes on the carpet floor and the ceiling. The only good was the shower and toilet, they were very clean. Breakfast was alright, had some vegan options like a variety of fresh vegetables and vegan milk was available too (had to ask for it at the bar). In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay there again myself.

We stayed here for a 4 nights because of the F1 race in Hungary. Pros: Breakfast was included and fantastic! Great variety of foods and the staff was so friendly helpful. Has a cool roof top bar with okay views of the city Internet was fast and reliable Cons: The room is exactly like it’s pictures but is a bit smaller than it appears. This seems to be a bit of an older property so things like the AC and shower seem a bit outdated and didn’t work great Biggest issue was the cleanliness where all the towels we got had weird stains on them. And the bedding just felt scratchy and unpleasant to sleep on. The pillows were very sorry excuses. The property is about 2 km (12 min walk) to the closest metro which connects you to the city. As well as 12 min walk to stores like fast food. The hotel Itself is in a dead zone with nothing around it. There is a bus which never showed up for us. And the walk includes a very dark and deserted bike lane that seemed a bit scary at night.
