Service at the four seasons is always impeccable and the team here was excellent. The only opportunity here is the rooms could be renovated a bit like the carpet to be more luxe and I wish there were a door to the toilet so multiple people can use the bathroom at a time.

I’ve been to this hotel in the past and I must say this time they totally outdid themselves. The service was impeccable timely. The food was great. The recommendation of concierge of the restaurant was perfect. I cannot wait to go back. It’s one of the best four seasons I ever been to they should implement that service in four seasons in New Orleans

The location is perfect with beautiful views of the Danube and easy access to everything. The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is truly outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. One of the best luxury hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Maintained in impeccable cleanness is yet with a charm of historical building. I enjoy every minute of stay the staff was very professional, helpful, willing to accommodate the majority of my request. The food was great in the restaurant and in room service.I highly recommend to stay more than couple of days , since the atmosphere is so relaxing . I am looking forward to come back there
