The property is in a great location, alot of dining options and metro nearby. Staff were friendly and area felt safe. The shower height is very small, elevator is only big enough for 1 person.

Very nice hotel located on a quiet street just outside bustling city. Elevator is small, fits 2 max but does have open stairs right next to it. Front desk reception was very helpful and informative. Easy check in and check out process.

Perfect location in the center of Budapest with a walking distance to everything. 24 hours reception. They clean the rooms very late which meant for us that we had already turned back to the room to change etc before heading out for dinner.

Friendly staff, rundown hotel.

This hotel is quite run down, and seems like it’s been neglected for a while, and had some wallpaper haphazardly put up to cover it, which even peels in many places. The towels we got at first were worn out, and had bleach stains. In general the cleanliness wasn’t great. Cobwebs in the corners, spots and stains on the walls and furniture. Not the best sleep, as the old air-condition couldn’t keep up with the hot weather, and was incredibly loud. Beds were ok. Breakfast was simple, but satisfying. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Really the only upside to this hotel was how affordable it was, and the friendliness of the staff. But I wouldn’t stay here again due to the cleanliness and air condition, or lack thereof.

This property is ok location. The wifi is awful …goes on and off besides slow. Phone in room not connected. Tv was not plugged in . Limited outlets to charge items…no charging when not in room. Items in bathroom not working or connected. Towels not changed daily. Worst hotel on our five European city visit.

Very basic. Clean bedding but big stains on carpet. Bathroom stank like a cesspit, it was disgusting. Clearly some plumbing issue ,they should not have let a guest in there until fixed. Difficult to get in to the building (requires ringing bell but noone answered), they have not found my booking at first then wanted me to pay on site again even though i paid when i booked through Expedia. Maybe ok cor students or younger party folks but I'd not stay there ever again. Location is great.

Good location. Staff friendly. But that's the only good thing I can say. I'm not very picky usually but during my stay, so many little things added up, that I really felt uncomfortable for the whole time. - room not clean (found hair of other people all over the place) - got a room on the 5th floor, that means under the roof. It's very hot. And the elevator only brings you to the 4th floor. - Weak A/C. With 30°C outside temperature, it wasn't able to cool the room. - you can hear what's going on in the corridor (hotel uses conventional keys, so every time someone locks or unlocks their room, it makes this loud sound in the lock. Woke me up everytime. Also sounds from outside are heard very loudly. - no power outlet near the bed or the desk (so at places where you actually need one). - bathroom old and dirty - mounting of the shower head on the wall is worn out, so the shower head always tilted down and then fell down. - whatever they provide as shampoo/shower gel in the shower. It's not shower gel. I don't know what it is. I didn't feel clean at all afterwards. - one of the fresh towels had dirt all over one side.

Hvis man søger et billigt sted, der ligger nogenlunde central, så er dette stedet. Dog havde vi mange problemer, bl.a huller i vores håndklæder, intet sæbe, et gardin der var faldet ned, ødelagt lampe, nøglekortet gik i stykker osv.
