We have spent 4 days in this hotel and must say that it was wonderful in all aspects of an hotel. Having spent in past a lot in hotels worldwide, this is an outstanding hotel, with a unique concept having an excellent service starting from location continuing with room, breakfast, afternoon wine and cheese reception, SPA, cleanness and exceptional friendly staff.

This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!

Nice, unique and well managed property. We enjoyed our room and were happily surprised by the variety quality and quantity of breakfast foods! From scrambled eggs with cheese to hummus, fresh fruits, sausage,bacon and pastries. All served with espresso or coffee and prosecco if you choose. What a beautiful and strategically situated place to stay during our first visit to Budapest! Our 2nd floor balcony room was the perfect base. The 14-foot ceiling makes you feel like you're in a mansion, and the balcony overlooks a quiet park and the little cobblestoned street. The AC cooled us down nicely after hot days and nights out. First, the location is amazing, easy access to all central Budapest sites and dining. The facility is at the very high end of what you would expect from the Four Seasons. Most importantly, the staff also exceeded our highest expectations. Check in was easy, Helen at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout both of our stays, took a personal interest in making sure not only the hotel but our trip was amazing. At the very top of our list of memorable hotels!

Excellent breakfast service and great and amicable staff

The room was spacious, clean, variety of firmness of pillows to choose from, pool with optional current and saunas! Amazing breakfast buffet that kept us going all day. Yoga mat for the room, and much more. Felt pampered and loved our stay !! Highly recommend it- TY 🙏💟

Beautiful hotel, very quiet and within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the staff was very friendly.

Everything about this hotel was perfect the room, staff were exceptional. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. Lots of options I would have happily paid 20 euros and felt I got good value. I will stay here again the next time I am in Budapest.

Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.

We love this hotel! The building and courtyard are very old and awesome! The courtyard is full of flowers, plants, trees and is, in itself, just an amazing place. Through the glass roof, you can see into the breakfast bar. The staff is incredible: welcoming us as we first arrived and always being willing to help us with our many questions. First we hesitated to book it because there were not many reviews. Later we found put that the hotel just opened two months ago. So glad we did book it! The hotel is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated. Staff is great, very attentive, patient. Definitely a five star in a great Budapest location- many great restaurants and bars in five minute walking distance. Best location for shopping as the West End mall is less than 10 minutes away by walking. Would stay here again for sure.
