Fantastic apartment

the hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, had everything that was needed, spacious and well kept. The location is a little further out from the center of the city and so there was a little more walking to be done to get to central areas.

We were very disappointed that we were unable to use the amenities as advertised, we felt very unwelcome by the “sister” hotel and they initially told us that our seven year old could not utilize the indoor pool after a certain hour which happened to be the same time we showed up, we showed up earlier the next day and they told us that the pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, I’m not one to assume prejudice but in this case it was blatant, I’ve travelled all over the world and this was very despicable, my 7 year old loves swimming and being in the water so I always make a point to factor that into my hotel accommodation, this interaction just left a bad taste in my mouth. The rooms were amazing! Staff polite, clean exceeded expectations as for the “sister” property they get zero stars from me and my family.

Family vacation

The accommodations were roomy and comfortable. The staff was exceptional. The breakfast and restaurant at the hotel next door, was wonderful. I will definitely go back and stay longer. It is ideal for families.

The property is very good and clean. Easy commute to inner city which takes by Bus or Trolley in 15 min. Local shop Spar was around the corner which was 200 yards. The Host Nino and Bobby are excellent with their customer service. I did complain about dust settling and he did say as the rooms are bug and windows are big sometimes the cleaners forget. Which he has taken well. My only issue was with cooking utensils in the kitchen they were very big. Overall a nice luxury residence and the Aircon kept us cool during hot summer of 28 deg in Budapest. The hotel is in Pest.

Cozi and airy stay

Great location and very nice large rooms with air-conditioning, that was very important for us during the heat wave. All the small issues we had during our stay were promptly solved by the staff. Recommend for a bigger group of people stay.

This is a reat apartment hotel that has a reception. Room is very spacious and comfy. Special shout-out to the male receptionist from Laos. His service is very attentive and polite. A great asset to the hotel. Would definitely use it again when I'm back to Budapest.

Great time in Budapest!!

We had a great time at the apartment it’s a relaxing and peaceful retreat from site seeing. Much better than staying at a hotel our little grandson, loved how spacious the apartment was to play and look at the beautiful building outside grandpa and grandma’s window. Our grandson would come to our room in the mornings and say “wow” when seeing the beautiful church and then he would want us to hold him so he could have a better view and to watch the vehicles and people that were walking their dogs.Would definitely stay again. The staff is great, very helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for several nights at the Zoya and had a good overall experience. The apartments were clean, and they had good views at the streets below. The city views from the 6th floor penthouse were particularly spectacular. Some of the negatives: the general area surrounding the hotel was a bit sketchy, at least by USA standards. We observed one man relieving himself on the sidewalk about a block from the hotel, and there was an unbelievable stench on one street corner a block away as well. As far as the hotel itself, there were no tissues in the units, and the washing machines were a bit difficult to use. The nearest metro station was about a quarter mile away - an easy walk. We would certainly consider returning to the Zoya. Although our rooms were not refreshed during our stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Home away from home

Booked this property without many reviews available to fully judge but we aren’t disappointed by any means. There’s a bit that could improve and that’s why I couldn’t offer full 5 stars, which is a shame. Property is beautiful and extremely good sized for 4 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). All required amenities provided with the fully equipped kitchen. TV is 55” and felt too small to the size of the apartment, great if they could provide TVs in bedrooms too. Common areas kept well and to high standards. We didn’t use the public transport although there are direct bus and tram links nearby. Uber was much easier and relatively cheaper to ride as they made a come back to Budapest just days before our arrival. There are a few things that could have been better: Bedside lamps had exposed wires and broken switches, if I hadn’t noticed it could have been nasty so had to unplug and put away. Double check these before you use. Ensuite sink was very slow to drain so had to use the sink in the main bathroom. Extra large plush pillows but they are on the hard side so weren’t as comfortable as they looked. Broken blind/curtain cords in a few of the window blinds/curtains. We ran out of toiletries half way as they were not topped up for our arrival. Online chat powered by WhatsApp connects to an individual who has nothing to do with the property, who was very kind to direct me to the correct number. Staff is helpful and responsive too. Hope the minor issues get sorted
