Popular nearby attractions include Clovelly (14 miles), with its steep cobbled streets, and Bude (6 miles) with its sandy beaches and a lovely variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Further afield is the mythical Tintagel, famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, along with other historic fishing villages including Boscastle and Port Isaac which are within 30 miles.

Upon entering this delightful property, you will soon notice the attention to detail that makes this a special getaway for all guests. The initial porch area is handy to flick off those sandy shoes or walking boots before making your way through to the open-plan studio-style living area. This space contains a kitchen/lounge/diner along with a king-size bed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a tasty meal or hearty breakfast including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, whilst the dining table also situated here sits guests comfortably for a bite to eat or a morning brew as you plan the day ahead. The living space contains a comfortable sofa, additional chair, Smart TV and a king-size bed – a perfect spot to relax after all the exploring. Completing the inside of this home from home is the shower room with a walk-in waterfall shower and a WC.

You can make your way to your private, enclosed patio space either through the gated entrance to the right of the home or, better yet, open up the bifold doors from the lounge to create easy access inside and out. This patio space is a real sun trap and provides guests with outdoor seating from which to enjoy those lovely views over the surrounding countryside. There is a private parking space for one car.
