Manor - sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Manor Cottage has been designed with sociable family holidays in mind, We have removed steps and widened doorways from the main part of the cottage where we can. On the ground floor, the open plan living-room has a newly fitted kitchen for cooking a holiday feast. Guests can chat to the chef from the table, or relax on one of the comfy sofas and enjoy the views out over the meadow through the bifold doors that open up unto the decking.

The modern living room has space to spread out on the huge sofa where you can relax, or watch something on the TV, bring your own connections details and set it up (just remember to wipe your settings before leaving!)

Bedroom one is the only room on the first floor. It can be set either as a Super king double or as 2 twin beds, just let us know how suits you the best. There's an all new en-suite with drench shower.

Bedroom two is conveniently located on the ground floor, it can be set either as super king bed and comfy linens you are assured of a good night's sleep here. There's a modern en suite shower-room for a refreshing drench shower after a day out and about.

There are two more bedrooms on the ground floor that can be set either as a Super king double or as 2 twin beds. Both have new en-suites with large shower trays and rock basin and toilets

Outside, guests will delight in the beautiful grounds where days can be spent exploring the woodlands and countryside. You also have a lovely, young garden to the back of the cottage complete with hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ.

There's a games room available for all to use with a pool table, air hockey, darts board, black board and some outdoor games.
