Travel Guide & Directions

After you book, you’ll immediately receive a booking confirmation that includes a link to our digital travel guide. This travel guide not only provides you with all the important information about your accommodations but also includes personal recommendations from us. You’ll find tips on restaurants, hiking trails, and recreational activities, as well as many other useful suggestions to help you make the most of your stay with us.

No later than three days before your arrival, you’ll receive a personalized code from us for self-check-in via smart lock. This allows you flexible and hassle-free access to your vacation home.

Location:

Büdesheim has a population of about 600 and is located in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm. The town is situated along the B 410 and is about ten kilometers from both the cities of Prüm and Gerolstein.
House Rules:

1. Inventory and Damage

We ask that you treat our inventory with care and return used dishes to the cabinets only when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings can happen and is often easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage that occurs.

2. Noise Levels and Quiet Hours

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels in the vacation rental at a reasonable volume, especially when playing music or watching TV. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

3. Visitors

Your visitors are welcome in our vacation rental at any time for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the vacation rental. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the vacation rental accordingly.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
Smoking is permitted only in fully open outdoor areas. Please keep doors and windows closed so that no smoke drifts into the house.
If a smoke odor does develop in the accommodation, we will have to charge you for the resulting special cleaning costs (e.g., ozone treatment).

5. Pets

Pets are welcome in our vacation rental. The number is limited to a maximum of 2. Please note, however, that you must report any damage caused by your pet to us.

6. Security and Valuables

Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the vacation rental, and be sure to turn off all electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7. Cleaning

Our cleaning service will perform a thorough final cleaning of the vacation rental after your departure, as agreed. However, we ask that you clean up any major messes in advance and leave the apartment swept clean upon departure.

8. Environment

The environment is important to us—and we hope it is to you as well. Therefore, please turn off the lights and all electronic devices when they are not in use. Conserving water also helps the environment. Thank you.

9. Candlelight

Lighting candles is not permitted in our vacation home.

Hot Tub & Swimming Pool Rules:

1. Energy-Saving Mode

Please do not make any changes to the hot tub settings, especially do not turn on the energy-saving mode.

2. Soap & Oils

Do not use soap or oils in the hot tub.

3. Swimwear

Wear swimwear when using the hot tub.

4. Showering

Enter the hot tub and swimming pool only after showering.

5. Glass

Do not use glass nearby.

6. Secure the cover

Please replace and secure the hot tub cover after use.

8. Children and Adolescents

Never leave your children unattended.

9. Dehydration

Drink water regularly, even if you are not thirsty. Avoid alcohol or caffeinated beverages.

CAUTION: Please make sure to fill the hot tub with water before using it!

Sauna Rules

1. Health & Use

Use of the sauna is at your own risk. Please be mindful of your well-being and leave the sauna immediately if you feel unwell. People with health conditions should consult a doctor beforehand.

2. Hygiene

Please shower before using the sauna and use a large towel as a mat on the benches. You may enter the sauna in swimwear, but do not place wet swimwear on the wooden benches.

3. Temperature & Infusions

The sauna reaches high temperatures—make sure to acclimate yourself to the heat gradually. Please use only the provided infusions, as other substances may damage the sauna or pose a safety risk.

4. Safety & Ventilation

After use, please ventilate the sauna for at least 15 minutes. The sauna door must not be left open continuously while the sauna is in operation. Please make sure the sauna is properly turned off after use.
