Bright and Comfortable three-room apartment on the ground floor, facing the swimming pool with direct access.
Shaded patio on the front, furnished with dining area and relaxation / reading area.
Retro equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower.
Inside: large fully equipped living / dining room, nr. 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 with two single beds convertible into double) large bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, closet. Private parking in front.
Very recent and comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for families or couples of friends.
We are in the hills, behind the famous Budoni beach "Sa Capannizza", about 1km away.
Oasis of tranquility, between sea and hills, but very well served. In fact, just 30mt there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tobacco, Newsstand and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1Km away.
