We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces. Communication was beyond excellent! Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus! The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids. We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries, everything within a minute of walking distance. Location is superb as you’re about 20 min by car to Petrovac and about 35 min to Tivat/Kotor. 10 stars for ALPESA.

We had an excellent stay at Alpesa Apartments! We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 young children, and everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is great—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being peaceful. We highly recommend Alpesa Apartments to anyone visiting Budva, especially families. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place!

Amazing place! Everything is brand new and super clean, fully equipped with all the essentials — washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Great location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host is absolutely the best — always available and super helpful. Truly top-notch, highly recommend!

Alpesa apartments studio var välstädad och läget var perfekt, stranden och Gamla stan var inom gång avstånd, så även den centrala busstationen. Personalen(Ivan) var mycket engagerad och var lyhörd till önskemålen/behov, hjälpte oss även med en utflykt till Sveti Stefan. Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse i Budva och kan värm rekommendera Alpesa apartments till andra.
