This hotel is like no other. Breathtaking sea views. Apartments are spacious with a kitchen. They are cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast & dinner has lots of choices of food to suit everyone’s taste. The grounds are vast with gorgeous plants and trees. Staff are kind and extremely helpful.

Beautiful property, excellent facilities. The gardens, beach club and food were excellent. The opportunity for improvement was around service which was noticeably inconsistent at time. That being said, overall it was a great stay.

Our stay at Dukley Hotel & Resort was disappointing and did not meet our expectations for an expensive five-star resort. The check-in experience was extremely unpleasant: the staff were cold and unwelcoming, and we were not even offered a seat or a glass of water after our journey. The biggest disappointment was the limited resort infrastructure. From September 1, only one beach, one restaurant, and one beach bar were open, while two other beaches and all the other restaurants were closed. We were not informed about any of this when booking. The only available beach was shared by hotel guests and residents of the complex, so hotel guests did not feel like a priority. There were queues for breakfast and difficulties getting sunbeds at the beach. In addition, the gym and spa are not located within Dukley itself but in a neighboring hotel. On the positive side, our apartment was spotlessly clean, and the golf cart staff were wonderful — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. Overall, the level of service and available facilities did not match the price or the advertised five-star standard. Had we been informed about all these limitations in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel.

A nice property in Budva. Reception and concierge were very friendly and had great customer service. Restaurant staff was kind. A few of the young men working (like the taxi-boat driver and buggy drivers) can use a lesson in hospitality. They were rude and dismissive. Beach was beautiful and the boat service to old town was great benefit.

Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. If you go to the beach early they won’t let you have the front row because it’s reserved so you msg the concierge and ask to reserve the front row the next day and they say they don’t take reservations for specific seating. So which is it?? Guess we will never know. They need to step up the hospitality of the staff.

Amazing honeymoon

We prefer the hotel for our honeymoon and when we say that it was our honeymoon, staff gives us a free upgrade. It was a really nice act. After that during our stay, everything about the hotel was perfect. The breakfast is amazing. Facility has 3 beaches and all of them are amazing. Rooms are very clean.
