"Stay away from this hotel. In my experience, it was dirty, overpriced, and left me questioning their business practices. The parking lot was unclean and did not feel safe or well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing, and even the coffee looked off and was unappetizing. We booked a room for four guests, but when we arrived there were only two bath towels. I went to the front desk to request two additional towels and was initially told they had none available. I was first offered hand towels instead. Only after explaining that our reservation was for four people and insisting that we needed proper bath towels did they eventually provide them. The worst part came after checkout when I noticed an unexpected $30 charge on my credit card. When I called the hotel, I was told it was for two towels that supposedly had pink stains on them. None of us had anything that could have caused pink dye or stains. I asked them to provide photos as proof, but they refused, claiming that photos could be altered. That explanation made no sense to me as how would I be able to alter pictures they are sending me via email? It only made the charge seem even more questionable. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the cleanliness issues, poor service, and unexplained extra charge with no evidence provided, I would not recommend staying here."

"The room was so cute and cozy. I really felt so comfortable. The kitchen does come with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc!! All you need is to bring the ingredients. It even comes with a brand new sponge and dish soap. My balcony faced the back parking lot which wasn’t a nice view, but at least I knew I was still safe. The breakfast honestly sucks, but it’s free which is always a plus, especially in this economy right now. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, this is not the hotel for you. There are many families and children that stay here, which means noisy kids running around. I had some kid knocking on my door at 8 in the morning and had me thinking it was room service. Good thing I was already awake! I would totally come back and recommend to others."

"Room had bugs. Many of the rooms were closed for “remodeling” Card was unexpectedly charged hidden fees not discussed during check in nor listed in booking information after verbally hearing “the deposit is refundable” Parking was fine, that’s one of the charges btw. Pool was regular. Gym had broken machines. “Restaurant” closed. Breakfast was no where to be found. A “coffee bar” that had picked through sugar packets and creamer. Hotel amenities you don’t utilize, for another charge… Just don’t expect much."
