"Fiert of all, the hotel lobby was spacious and compatable and beautiful. The best thing was that it was connected to the OC Source Mall. My child is teenager, was able to roam compatably and safely without me. The only inconvenience was that parking was valet only and cost 27$ per day."

"Checked in around 4:00, closer to 5:00 p.m. When I was given the room key, the room was still in the process of being cleaned. Having previously worked front desk, I wouldn’t typically assign a room unless housekeeping had confirmed it was ready. Thankfully, I didn’t have anything urgent to attend to, or this would have been more frustrating. The housekeeper mentioned it would be finished in about 10 minutes. Once completed, the room had a very strong cleaning product smell—understandable to an extent, but it was quite overpowering. Additionally, there were still areas of the floor that appeared unswept or slightly sticky. The combination of the heavy chemical odor and the condition of the floors made the overall stay less than ideal. Clear communication between front desk and housekeeping, along with a final room check before assigning keys, would greatly improve the guest experience."
