"Easy stay for our family - pool could’ve used some help 😬"

"Cockroach in our room, black hairs all over the bathroom. Found out a week before our stay that the pool was being remodeled and no discount. Took our 4 kids away for vacation and no pool was horrible "

"When we checked in, the front desk attendant was very rude, didn't tell me our room number, didn’t provide instructions on how to connect to wifi. We got to our room and there were ants. We let front desk know and they said they would send housekeeping, which they should’ve made a priority, however, we were gone from 10am-6/7pm and they still didn’t have anyone stop by. Didn't even replenish our towels until we had to ask them. Then the following day, we were gone all day again and they still didn’t have anyone stop by to check on our ant problem and decided they wanted to send someone from maintenance to spray the room with raid while my family and I were lying down in the room. I went to the pool at 7:20am when the pool was supposed to be open, yet there was a lock and chain on the gate preventing anyone from entering. Then the following day I tried to enter the pool around 7:30/7:40am and there was someone doing maintenance and cleaning the pool, overall it was a HORRIBLE experience and they did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation!! Never again!! "

"The 2 bedroom was for 6 people. It had 2 beds in one room with 1 bed in the other which had no window or a/c so it was hot. We were only given 4 bath towels no hand towels or wash cloths. Office staff was not available when I went to ask forore towels. The location was good right across from Knott's Berry farm. I would not stay there again."

"ROACHES! Old dirty rooms with roaches found in the room the size of dimes! We notified the maintenance worker and he was not shy to say yes they are around as he stepped on one that came crawling in front of us! And that was the size of a quarter! He said they were coming from the drain. No offer to change rooms or apologies either. First walk in I was not impressed aesthetically. Beds were neatly made BUT furniture was old looking and was very basic. I usually bring extra cleaning products in case and literally this instance I had to wipe areas down and disinfect because it looked dirty. Single staff worked during evening check in doesn’t inform you of much. Didn’t know about complimentary breakfast until I saw other guests walking to their rooms with food from the lobby. By the time my family went to look it was over. Bummer. Definitely a first and last stay at this location."
