The PERFECT House & Stay - EXCELLENT LOCATION

We really enjoyed our stay. The amount of outdoor seating with views of the river/mountains along with all of the interior amenities were fabulous. It was very convenient to head into downtown BV each day, or even walk into town for breakfast. Wonderful host with a very helpful guide on the area and things to do. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had such a great stay at Riversong. The cabin in beautiful and has everything you might need during your stay. Being right by the river was amazing. This was our favorite rental by far. The house was clean and inviting. You feel like your secluded even though your just a short drive from town. There is so much to do nearby. We can't wait to stay again. We already want to start planning our next stay.

This property was absolutely complete. View, space, floor plan, FULLY equipped kitchen. It lacked nothing, making our time there absolutely comfortable and pleasant. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic home right on the river!

We had a lovely stay and it ranked as one of our favorite family vacations ever! One of the best VRBO vacation homes in which we've stayed. The river literally all you hear in this home and on any of the 4 decks. The home has 3 bedrooms, each on a different floor. Plent of space to gather together or find your own reading nook. The owners are very attentive and responsive. Plenty of outdoor activity in the area. Nice variety of restaurants in downtown.

Better than Expected

From the moment you open the door to the very last step down to the river this place sings to you. Nice touches everywhere and meticulously maintained. There are numerous places to sit and enjoy a quiet spot even if there are numerous people in the home. The breezes are everywhere keeping this place nice and cool and the river is heard everywhere for enjoyment.

Fabulous river front home!

This house right on the river is beautiful and takes advantage of the setting with loads of windows and multiple seating locations outside including one at river level. The downstairs has a large en suite bedroom, sitting area and TV, and outside door and deck. Ground level has one queen room with bath next to it and two separate shared sitting areas. Perfect for two couples who like some privacy. Upstairs are twin beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill worked great. This is a clean, well appointed home in a great location and I hope to come back again.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Our group of 4 lifelong friends decided to meet up in Buena Vista for a few days. The house is in the most peaceful environment and full of spots to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds. Communication from the owner was fantastic. I would love to return in the future and highly recommend RiverSong house to anyone considering.

Just Perfect

I stayed here over a weekend with my family to snowmobile Cottonwood Pass. This place was far beyond our expectations. The backyard is literally the Arkansas River; and the property has plenty of outdoor decking and landscape features to take it all in. The inside is very spacious, and has all the cookware you need to whip up some great meals. We didn't want to leave!

Fantastic! Truly 5-star!

Maybe the best overall property we have rented in our many years of travel. Very comfortable and well-appointed. There are so many cozy seating areas with different views and feels, both inside and out. I counted 32 different chairs/stools just OUTSIDE! :) The bed was comfy, linens top-notch, and the kitchen had many of the extras that make cooking in a unknown kitchen much easier. The river access is great and we did catch some fish. 5 minutes from downtown BV for easy shopping and dining. Loved the views of the mountains, the nearby rock formations, the Arkansas river, fall foliage and the night sky (we enjoyed the Orionids early one morning). Great communication prior to, during and after the stay. Easy property access. We fully recommend!

The best week

This was my favorite VRBO I’ve ever stayed in, and we truly hope to come back. Everything was so clearly thought out and provided, and staying just above the River was a dream.
