"We have been on a road trip for three and a half weeks and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Everything was clean, organized and well maintained. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. We would recommend this motel without reservation."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Georges and enjoyed their (free!) hot breakfast. But it would have been nice (when they offered to take our bags for us) if they told us our room (#18) was on the third floor and they don’t have elevators. We regretted not getting that help up the stairs with pit luggage."

"The desk clerk didn't program one of our key cards correctly, so my husband had problems using it. My husband also complained about hearing music blaring during the night. However, the room was great, the shower and bathroom were sparkling clean and well designed. The complementary coffee was great. Great location."
Peaks of Otter Lodge

"We didn't have a place to stay, on a whim we just headed up to the Natural Bridge in VA. We found the Peaks of Otter and decided to go for it. It is an older building but it was done up well and very clean. All the room have a magnificent view of the lake and the grounds are delightful to meander around on . We think it 's "our spot" now. We will be back."
