Unsafe rooms for family

We arrived after check in time and still had to wait for the room to be ready. The air conditioner did not work well. We booked a room with 3 twins ans a queen. It was a bi level room with a very dangerous starcase. Only bathroom and TV was upstairs. The downstairs was literally just a room with 3 beds. Bathroom was old and musty and just unclean. The flooring on the staircase was loose and dangerous. The staff were friendly but the rest was awful. Would not stay there again

Late check in and early checkout. Stayed for only hours to catch an early transition flight. Didn’t experience much. Facility is small like its name says. Elevator is pretty dated and noisy as all rooms open to elevator. Room didn’t have coffee maker or tea kettle. Bottle water was offered through mini bar with a charge.

The rooms were terrible. Bathroom was literally broken and falling apart. Half the hotel was under construction with noise dust and paint smell. The rooms were awful. Old and terrible linens. The beds weren’t even made properly. The only good thing was the location. Wait to stay there. Hopefully the construction will be donde in about 6 months. For now, it was terrible!!

I did not like the noisy doors in the elevator going all night long. Matress was old and uncomfortabke. One day the room was left undone. It rained and the corridor was leaking. The did not dry it for one whole day. The toilet did not work well. The shower was low, I had to bend to wash my hair. Shower doors defective.

El personal siempre fue muy amable, la habitación tenía deficiencias, algunas de diseño (no hay luz que permita leer en la mesa que se supone que es para trabajar; no hay donde colgar las toallas, ese minimalismo resulta incómodo) y otras de mantenimiento (la temperatura de la ducha es muy variable)

Razoável

Hotel bem localizado , pessoal atencioso , porem as instalações deixam muito a desejar. O elevador que só cabe duas pessoas fica constantemente parando no andares e sentimos falta de um carrinho para transportar as malas. Realmente por se tratar de um 4 estrela precisa se modernizar e corrigir todos os defeitos.
