Comfortable bright apartment, equipped for 4 people, on the third floor with a balcony. The building has a swimming pool, sauna, laundry, barbecue and the apartment with central heating and hot water. In the room you will find a queen size box spring, closet and in the dining room a sofa bed for 2 people. In both places there is television with internet, wifi and air conditioning. The kitchen equipped with refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric oven and kitchen utensils.

Outstanding stay in caballito. This location is perfect for walking to local restaurants and shopping locations. It is conveniently located near bus routes and subway for easy transport. We especially appreciated the additional security measures in the evening with alarm systems. Highly recommend this location. Gustavo the owner was always available and very easy to work with during both the check in and checkout process.

Clean and beautiful

What you see is what you get. The bed is good. There are a full wasroom and a powder room. The TV works well. The apartment is located in a traditional neighborhood with little markets and stores at walking distance. The cleaning fee is a little high for the city standards
