I stayed for 1 week and the hotel staff and the room was great. It was clean and quiet. The manager and security personnel were top notch. When I come back I will be staying at one of their hotels.

Easy check in and check out. Nice neighborhood. Everything is around the corner, public transit, shopping , bakery and grocery stores. Very clean place, kitchen with all you need if you cook.

solid choice for BA

The hotel was nice. it seemed clean and the staff was responsive. we had to have a very early morning check in due to flights and they arranged for the keys to be provided by security, which was helpful. The security men were always nice and were there 24/7 to allow you to leave and enter the facility, which made it seem very safe. The neighborhood itself was safe, with a lot of shopping, eateries and activities close by. The only negatives were the shower, which always leaked a TON of water after use. we had to get creative and jam a hand towel by the seal to try to decrease the amount, which would have seriously flooded the bathroom floors each time if we didn't plug the seals. There was also a musty smell that seemed to be coming from the sink. It was there the entire time, which was not pleasant. The front desk was also responsive and attended to cleaning our rooms or fixing small things we found that needed attending.

We had a lot of communication from the property ahead of time, but not while we were there which was unfortunate. We had a lot of noise late at night and throughout the night from the hall and above. You can hear all the noise from the hallway and people walking above at 3am. While the subway and Santa Fe street are 2 blocks away the area isn't very busy and I felt unsafe out the hotel area. The guard at the desk was wonderful. There are no face towels tissues, or dish soap in the room. If you are not at the hotel M-F 8-5 you cannot buy tokens for laundry or talk to the staff for help so I went to my meetings late one day just to buy laundry tokens. There is a mix of shampoo and conditioner which isnt great for most hair types. We were unable to find any good morning and evening good options in the area of spent all of our time in other areas before heading back to try and sleep. The hotel is an average Argentine hotel, I would not recommend it for the area if you are tourist, great for long stays I think.

Nice big, bright, airy room and bathroom. Kitchen nice to have for some light breakfast cooking - but mostly is workable just for reheating food. Great area, close to the subway and shopping. Highly recommend.

Lo único que no me gustó fue el día que realizaron la segunda limpieza, no nos dejaron toallas. Yo las dejé colgadas como decía en el cartel del baño, al momento de reportarlas me comentaron que eso lo tuve que reportar pero yo iba llegando de paseo, se me comentó que se me iba a cobrar algo adicional y que lo tenía que revisar con administración, desgraciadamente al día siguiente yo salía a las 6 am y regresaba 8 pm lo cual no alcanzaba a administración

Suite ampla, com ar condicionado funcionando, equipada com mini cozinha e o básico necessário, limpeza adequada, em estadia de 4 dias houve 01 dia de limpeza( como já previsto anteriormente), com troca de toalhas de banho, arrumação e complementação dos insumos de banho e cozinha. Ficamos no apartamento 4I , fundos, porém com sacada grande com mesa, 4 cadeiras e 2 poltronas. Portaria 24 horas (check in e check out em determinado horário - combinar entrada caso chegue fora desse horário). Há menos de 02 quadras da estação de metrô (estação Pueyrredón - Linha D : Congresso Tucumán até Catedral ). Local seguro para caminhar.

Gostei muito. As acomodações são amplas e confortáveis, a cozinha bem equipada. Tudo estava limpo. A localização é ótima, tem restaurantes e supermercado bem perto. É bom levar uma ecobag pois os mercados não fornecem nenhum tipo de embalagem para as compras. É possível deixar as malas guardadas após o check-out e retirar na hora de sair. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

ARC Arenales is a modern long-stay apartment complex, with a large room and a small kitchen if you want to make your own meals. House keeping is every few days, just right for such a long stay. The two issues * The internet was unusable. It was fast when it worked, but it kept dropping every few minutes, making even email or web browsing unusable. * There is a pool. but it's a tiny kiddie pool. Don't believe the pictures.

Confortável e bem localizado

Bem localizado na Recoleta, o quarto e todo o mobiliário são novos. Quarto espaçoso e tudo funciona. Silencioso à noite. Muitos lugares próximos para tomar café da manhã ou para outras refeições.
