We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Fantastic location with transit, grocery, and cafes/restaurants just steps away. The owner was great to work with and the lobby security staff could not have been nicer or more helpful!

Good and bad

First, I must say that cleaning lady is probably the best I have encountered in BA. Very Impressive.Secondly, the kitchen was very well equipped for a short term stay. Again, much better than other places we had rented before. However, the couch was not very comfortable and probably needs to be updated. Two incidents: One of the toilets stopped working on Friday and when I told the landlord, he just said the maintenance person was sick and did not know when it could get fixed. The maintenance person finally came on Monday pm however, I cannot believe that he could not find another maintenance person in such a large city. In my opinion, it was unacceptable. The second incident occurred when we were doing the check out. We had rented the apartment for one month but decided to leave earlier and we told the landlord that we were leaving on a certain date and at a certain hour. Although he told us that there were no problems, when we tried to leave the security guy would not let us leave the building. We had a driver waiting for us outside and the guard appeared to have difficulties in reaching someone. Totally badly managed and very very frustrating.
