Love the old building with a great, constant breeze at the hotel. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Room was neat an efficient - all amenities worked. Breakfast was simple and just right.

Good hotel for the price!

This was a great hotel for the price. Only needed to rest and take a shower before my late night flight. The front desk was very helpful and even helped charged my cell phone! The room was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

checked in and wake up no water to take a shower! last all my appointments do to this terrible managment and bad nad property, asked for a refund for the night i decided not to stay since it was not in conditions and got a NO, horrible experience dont even bother staying here. not puerto madero this is located one block from santelmo horrible area! never ever ever again

I came at 11am to check in, and left my luggage at the front desk until it was time for check-in. I showed up at 11:30pm and they told me that maintenance have to fix a leaking in the bathroom, and left the room uncleaned. They have the whole day to either 1. Clean the room, 2. Notify me about the situation, 3. Switch me to a new room. Instead they gave me the option of sending me to a new hotel that is not nearby or the latest which it was hanging and waiting in the lobby of the hotel while they cleaned the room. Truly disappointed and I can’t believe the poor and unprofessional end result.

Nao va nunca a este hotel

Minha estadia neste hotel foi para la de terrivel !! Funcionarios sem nenhuma empatia coms os hospedes, elevador em pessimas condicoes, atendimento de emergencias inexistentes !! Falta dos itens basicos em um hotel que é 2 estrelas ! Nao tinham sequer agua para emviar aos quartos !! Deviam fechar as portas

Excelente,hotel em ótima condição,cama excelente,quarto limpo banheiro com uma boa ducha,único incoveniente é que por conta de ser meio box no chuveiro o banheiro molha um pouco porém nada que atrapalhe, recepção com atendimento impecável,tive um problema com vizinho de quarto e a troca de acomodação foi prontamente providenciada!
