O hotel tem ótima localização, é aconchegante e agradável, tivemos o quarto arrumado todos os dias. Os atendentes eram educados e ofereceram mapas da região e da cidade.O café da manhã é bem saboroso, mas não tem muitas opções, estão incluídas algumas opções de prato quente, como ovos e bacon, waffles e tostadas. O banheiro era acessível e por isso o box era quase todo aberto, virava uma piscina depois do banho. Não reclamamos, mas era bem desagradável. A internet era bem lenta, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas comuns. Eles fazem cambio no hotel, mas apena de dólar.

Chegada ao Hotel na recepção duas horas e quarenta minutos de aflição. Cancelaram minha reserva três dias antes de eu chegar e me avisaram por e-mail o qual não vi pois já estava viajando e não olho quando estou de férias. reserva esta feita em Agosto salvo engano dia 4.

Había muy mal olor en la habitación, especialmente en el baño. El desayuno no es lo que esperaba. La fruta mala y poca variedad para el precio. La ubicación es buena. No lo recomiendo.

Good area in palermo soho.

Nice boutique hotel,in good area,pleasant staff and very helpful,excellent breakfast. One side of hotel is more modern than the other.some rooms overlooking a play school and can be a bit noisey if you want a lie in.

Muito bom!

Hotel muito charmoso e confortável, pessoal simpático e café da manhã delicioso (apesar de não ter muita variedade). Fica a uns dez minutos do metrô (estação Plaza Italia), o que foi muito útil. Não fica na área mais movimentada do Palermo Soho, mas é bem próximo, além de existirem restaurantes e bares na rua do hotel. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo também, excelente opção para jantar quando o cansaço bateu no fim da viagem.

Nos hospedamos por una noche, conseguimos una buena oferta por Expedia. Muy buena atención, tuvimos un pequeño incoveniente con la apertura de la caja de seguridad y lo solucionaron de inmediato. Muy buena experiencia, el personal de recepción excelente. En la Habitación, hubo detalles que no me agradaron, el baño es muy pequeño, las lámparas de mesas de luz tenían tierra desde que llegue hasta que me fui. Estuve tres noches y solo una nos dejaron una cortesía. Desayuno excelente!!!

O hotel é muito bonito, bem localizado e com muitas opções de compras e passeios por perto. Muitas opções de restaurantes e vida bohemia de Palermo com boutiques e lojas de decoração. Good Location in the heart of Buenos Aires

We uses the hotel as a base over 3 weeks, whilst attending a family wedding and travelling around Argentina. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. During our time we stayed in various rooms and all were of a high standard. The breakfast was very good and we dined there for dinner one evening and had a superb meal. A good location in the heart of the city.
