Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and looked very comfortable. Staff was profesional and amicable. Our room was cleaned and tidied up be for noon as one would expect. Breakfast was very good with ample options to choose from. Location of this hotel is excellent with plenty of sites to visit within walking distance. I recommend this hotel and will come back when I visit Buenos Aires.

My only negative about this hotel is the 2 elevators. They were very slow and old and only one was working while we were there and we were on floor 11 :/ other than that it was a great location and staff were great

The room was large and location was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was fresh and healthy (including chia seeds!), and the pool was refreshing. I did hear that some of the other rooms did not have working air conditioners, but our room was nice and cool.
